Many behaviours such as jumping up, not coming to call, pulling on lead, and ignoring owner are perceived as ‘behavioural issues’ when in fact they can usually be dealt with in the pet dog training classes.
However, if your dog is showing signs of aggression or fearfulness, is destroying your house or has tried to eat the postman, you may want to arrange a behavioural consultation. These usually take place at our venue but can be arranged in your home if preferred.
A typical behaviour consultation will last 1-2 hours during which we will assess your dog and recommend a programme of activities to address the problem. Depending on the severity of the issue, several sessions may be required before the problem improves.
We also have a carefully selected group of ‘trainer dogs’ to interact and socialize with dogs who might benefit from this.
